RE: Schedule 80 CPVC Fittings
To Whom It May Concern:
This is to certify that the items manufactured by LASCO Fittings, Inc. listed below meet or exceed all the material and workmanship requirements of the indicated industry and governmental standards where compliance’s are in accordance to ASTM Plastic Fittings Standards, Volume 8.04, Section 8, NSF/ANSI Standard 61, Annex G: Weighted average lead content of ≤0.25% and is in compliance with California’s Health & Safety Code Section 116875 (commonly known as AB1953), Vermont Act 193, and NSF Standard 14 (which references NSF/ANSI Standard 61, Annex G) as primary and noted cross references.
Furthermore, as an official representative for LASCO Fittings, Inc., I certify that where physical and/or chemical test requirements are part of the specifications, LASCO Fittings, Inc. has performed these tests to substantiate this certification.
I further certify that fittings manufactured by LASCO Fittings, Inc. are molded in the United States. This statement does not apply to the gray unions in the Schedule 80 CPVC Catalog, which are produced off shore, and do not carry full Schedule 80 pressure ratings.

-LASCO Schedule 80 CPVC Fittings are produced from CPVC Type IV, Grade 1, and cell Classification 23447-B materials.
-ASTM D-1784 Rigid Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (PVC) Compounds and Chlorinated Poly (Vinyl Chloride).

-ASTM F-437 Threaded Chlorinated Poly (Vinyl Chloride)(CPVC) Plastic Pipe Fittings, Schedule 80.
-ASTM F-439 Socket Type Chlorinated Poly (Vinyl Chloride)(CPVC) Plastic Pipe Fittings, Schedule 80.
