Dear Mr. Isgor,

This letter is to confirm our conversations regarding the availability of LASCO Fittings, Inc products within the country listed. As stated we are proud to appoint to your company, a non-exclusive agreement to sell, distribute and solicit for sale, our products.within Turkiye.

As conditions of this agreement, your company is to purchase our products for sales at a mutually agreed price and in shipping lots that are conducive to eliminate unnecessary costs.  It is also agreed that your solicitation of sales remain within your country and/or neighboring countries and not re-supplied back to the United States.
